The RestaurantExecutive Head Chef Dave Dukowicki has raised the standard for diners in the hotel’s Lord Byron Restaurant, an elegant oak paneled room that dates back to the 17th Century. The seasonal bistro style menu is executed with a traditional flare that has gained Dukowicki an impressive reputation for superb quality, consistency, style and presentation. |
